Report a safeguarding concern regarding an adult who is or may be at risk of abuse or neglect

Are you concerned that an adult aged 18 or over who has care and support needs is experiencing or at risk of abuse or neglect.
To raise a safeguarding concern complete this Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF).
If you need help completing the form or if you are unsure if your concern meets the criteria for our service. Please call the multiagency safeguarding hub (MASH) on 0151 443 2600 between 9-5pm Monday- Friday.
Submitted MARF forms are not monitored after 5pm weekdays/weekends or public holidays.
If there is an immediate risk to safety - call 999
It is good practice to gain the consent of the adult when reporting a concern, in situations where the adult, or someone else is at risk, it may be necessary to report the concern without consent.  this link
